It's so good! If you've heard the term "street epistemology," it talks a lot about that. The tl;dr is that minds change when people are really heard and understood. No mocking or fact-dumping but real listening. That's no guarantee, but nothing happens without it. "High Conflict" by Amanda Ripley is another, they've both had a huge impact on me. I'm guessing a lot of these books have core themes in common.
Nice list. I've only read Black Swan so far. I definitely second that recommendation. I found *Burglar's guide to the city* a good urbanism adjacent read.
I'd also recommend Carlton Reid's book *Roads weren't built for cars* and Kenneth R. Schneider's book *Autokind vs mankind*. Great history lessons.

Carlton is great. Haven’t read Schneider yet, I’ll check that out.
